Sarah James: Women’s Health and Fertility Naturopath
Experiencing and then overcoming chronic illness herself led Sarah to become a Naturopath. Although she had always had an interest in natural therapies, this experience ignited a passion in her for everything related to natural health and she went on to complete an Advanced Diploma in Naturopathy and an Advanced Diploma in Western Herbal Medicine at Endeavour College of Natural Health.
Naturopathy is based upon the principle that the body has a remarkable ability to heal itself given the correct conditions. With this belief, Sarah uses an individualised and holistic approach of naturopathic nutrition, herbal medicine, functional pathology as well as genetic testing and lifestyle advice to help her clients improve their overall health and wellbeing.
Sarah offers one on one naturopathic consultations for people with issues relating to digestion, fatigue, immunity, chronic illness, hormonal imbalance as well as fertility and preconception care. She is a member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society and has provider numbers with all Australian private health insurers.
Sarah is passionate about research and continually improving her knowledge through undertaking further education in various natural therapy fields. She is currently participating in a Fertility Mentorship Program in order to effectively support her preconception and fertility clients, giving them the best chance for conception.
