Naturopaths support your health, whole body. 

We discuss your current symptoms, the way you’re feeling and the way your body is functioning.
A Naturopath will seek to determine the cause of your symptoms (diet, lifestyle and genetics will all play a role here). Then we work to support your body and have you feeling the way you want to feel.

If you have copies of your recent, relevant test results, bring them along with you.

If you are currently taking any supplements or medications, please bring details of these with you.

You’ll also be asked about your family’s medical history, so it’s a good idea to have a chat with your immediate family about any hereditary illnesses.

We offer a FREE pre-consultation discovery session. So you can chat to one of our Naturopaths, with no charge and no obligation to find out if seeing a naturopath is right for you.
There’s no pressure to book a consultation here, it’s just about you getting to know our practitioners and how they can help.
Please note our Naturopaths will not give any health advice in these sessions, just a generalised explanation on how we work and how we can help you.

Absolutely!
If you live remotely, work long hours or have little ones at home and find it hard to get into the clinic at Goodwood, we can organise an online / telehealth consultation.
These are exactly the same as in-person consultations, but you can stay home in comfort (and in your PJ’s if you like!).
You wont need to download any software for an online consultation. Once it’s booked in, you’ll be sent a link to a secure video connection. At the time of your appointment, click this link from your smartphone, tablet or computer and you’ll be online with your practitioner.

In the clinic we utilise Live Blood Screening. This is a finger prick blood test and we use it to assess hydration, inflammation, immune reactions and nutrient deficiencies.
We can also refer you for further, functional pathology.
We frequently have clients testing for hormonal imbalances, using the DUTCH test, food intolerances, using an IgG test and gut dysbiosis using CDSA + parasitology stool analysis.

We love working with complex skin conditions like stubborn acne.
Our principal naturopath, Karina, can work with you to heal both internally (via naturopathic consultations) and externally (via facial treatments).

We find a combination of soothing irritated and inflamed skin and treating the internal drivers to be the most effective way to treat skin conditions
We also stock a range of natural, chemical and fragrance free skincare products specific to acne and eczema prone skin so that you can continue to support and heal your skin at home, between appointments. 

The Signature Facial is a 60 minute facial treatment using all natural, vegan and organic skincare products.

The Acne treatment facial is a 90 minute appointment and includes both a 60 minute signature facial and a naturopathic consultation so you can be sure you are being supported both internally and externally in your skin healing journey.

Due to the naturre of our products, in most cases they CANNOT be returned.

Our estimated order processing time is 3 – 5 BUSINESS days.

We generally use Sendle for our deliveries and you will receive a tracking notification within 3-5 days of placing your order.

Orders being sent to a PO box will be sent via Australia Post.
