Karina is absolutely wonderful at what she does. She made the process of changing some of my lifestyle habits so easy by not making me get rid of all the “bad” ones first but introducing better habits and then slowly removing/reducing the not so good. I have endometriosis and since I’ve started seeing Karina I’m in a lot less pain and I’m a lot more regular. Truly life changing. She’s also just an all round lovely person which is an added bonus!
